The Company issued 250,000 Class F Preferred shares of its stock to Mr. Link, pursuant to the terms of his employment agreement with the Company. The shares of Class A Preferred Stock are convertible into Common Stock on a 1:3 basis. The shares of Class B Preferred Stock are convertible into Common Stock on a 1:100 basis. The shares of Class D Preferred Stock are convertible into Common Stock on a 1:500 basis. The shares of Class F Preferred Stock are convertible into Common Stock on a 1:100 basis.
