Item
8.01 Other Events.
On
October 10, 2022, we extended the maturity on our $50,000.00 loan
to our minority investment Himalaya Technologies, Inc. (OTC: HMLA)
dated June 28, 2021 and amended November 9, 2021 to December 31,
2023 and waived all default provisions under section 8 (a) through
(n). All other provisions of the loan remain in effect.
