Sylogist Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SYZ) ("Sylogist" or "the Company") is very pleased to
announce that Mr. Brian Grassby, CA, has joined the Company as Vice President,
Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2014. Following the start
of his career at Coopers and Lybrand, Brian moved into the technology industry
with CAE Electronics Ltd. and was most recently with Canadian Pacific Railway
where, during a period of dynamic change, he rose to the position of Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer.

announced transaction to acquire the operating businesses of Serenic Corp. To
support our growth plans we welcome the depth Brian adds to our executive team

qualifications", stated Jim Wilson, Sylogist's President and CEO. Brian's first
day in the office is expected to be September 1, 2014.


The directors of Sylogist have granted directors, officers and employees of the
Corporation an aggregate of 2,003,350 options to purchase common shares at the
current market price in accordance with the Corporation's Stock Option Plan.
