Prosys Announces a Partnership Between Peak Positioning and AsusTek Computers

Prosys-Tech Corporation (TSX VENTURE: POZ) ("Prosys") is proud to
announce that Peak Positioning Corporation ("Peak"), a privately
owned wireless security company in which Prosys currently holds 40%
and option to own up to 50.1% of the company's outstanding capital
stock, has agreed to work together with AsusTek Computers inc.
("Asus") to incorporate Peak Positioning's notebook security
technology into Asus's business line of notebook computers. Asus
expects to begin to offer its Peak enabled line of notebook
computers later on this year.
In collaborating with Peak, Asus recognizes the need for Peak's
wireless security services and the potential for the development of
future wireless applications and hence Peak's value-added
proposition to their line of notebook computers.
