"Company") announces that it has signed an exclusive distribution
agreement with Lightning Gaming™ in its core market of
Oklahoma. First installations of Lightning Gaming™ slot
machines are complete and the games have been well received.

Integrity will be installing additional Lightning
GamingTM slot machines in 5 more Oklahoma casinos over the next sixty days.
