VANCOUVER, March 18, 2019 /CNW/ - Danacore Industries Inc. (TSX-V:DANA.P) (the "Company") announces that on March 14, 2019, it filed its interim financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis on SEDAR for the period ending December 31, 2018. 

On March 18, 2019, the British Columbia Securities Commission revoked the cease trade order that was imposed on March 7, 2019. The Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for reinstatement of trading in the Company's shares and expects that the Company's shares will be reinstated to trade on or around March 21, 2019, subject to the Exchange's approval.
