Quebecor Inc. (TSX: QBR.A)(TSX: QBR.B) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 26th, 2011 at 11:00 AM, at 612, Saint-Jacques Street, Montreal, Quebec. Media are invited to attend the Meeting. A media briefing chaired by Mr. Pierre Karl Peladeau, President and Chief Executive Officer, will immediately follow the Meeting.
