ServicePower, the established market leader in artificial intelligence based
field service scheduling applications is pleased to announce that all
resolutions proposed to shareholders at the AGM of the Company held at 1pm today
were duly passed.

The following statement was made by Barry Welck, Chairman:

"2002 was a successful year and I am pleased to say the market for scheduling is
continuing to develop quickly. This is borne out by our experience thus far in
2003 in that we have an unprecedented number of proposals for significant
contracts in the later stages of our sales campaigns. We will announce the
identities as soon as contract negotiations are concluded. These opportunuties
give the directors confidence in the continuing improvement in the financial
performance of the company."
