On February 17, 2022, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") issued a press release announcing that ZIM and the 2M Alliance have formally finalized the related documents in connection with their continued collaboration, in accordance with the principal agreements previously announced in January 2022. A copy of this press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
