Big Sister Boston connects Wayfair with Josiah
Quincy Upper School in Boston’s Chinatown neighborhood to provide
mentoring to junior high students

Association of Greater Boston that will bring a workplace mentoring
program to Wayfair’s Boston-based headquarters aimed at building
relationships between girls from Boston-area schools and Wayfair
employees.

In early 2020, Wayfair will welcome its first class of “little
sisters” from Josiah Quincy Upper School located in the Chinatown
neighborhood of Boston. Wayfair volunteers will be matched with
eighth, ninth and tenth-grade girls who will come to Wayfair’s
office regularly for a variety of learning and mentoring
activities.
