Six Flags Comments on Red Zone Lawsuit

Six Flags, Inc. (NYSE: PKS) confirms that it is aware that Red Zone
LLC, Daniel M. Snyder, Mark Shapiro and Dwight Schar have filed a
lawsuit in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware seeking
certain rulings in connection with their consent solicitation. Six
Flags stated that the lawsuit was unnecessary and without basis,
and that it would respond appropriately in Court. Six Flags, Inc.
