Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On February 25, 2020, director Hasan Jameel notified PCA that he would retire from the board of directors effective on the date of the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders and not run for reelection to the board of directors.
