NEW YORK, March 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P SmallCap
600 constituent Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates Inc.
(Nasdaq: VSEA) will replace J.Crew Group Inc. (NYSE: JCG) in the
S&P MidCap 400 index, and Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. (NYSE:
PBH) will replace Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates in the
S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, March 4, 2011. J. Crew is being acquired
by affiliates of private equity firm TPG Capital in a deal expected
to close soon.

Prestige Brands markets, sells and distributes over-the-counter
healthcare and household cleaning products. Headquartered in
