Intercontinental Exchange Expects 2Q Recurring Revenues of $844 Million to $859 Million

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. said it expects recurring
revenues for the second quarter of $844 million to $859
million.
The New York Stock Exchange operator on Thursday said it expects
operating expenses in a range of $895 million to $905 million for
the quarter, or $742 million to $752 million on an adjusted
basis.
It forecast non-operating expenses of $97 million to $102
million for the quarter, or $105 million to $110 million on an
adjusted basis.
The company said it expects full-year operating expenses or
$3.545 billion to $3.595 billion, or $2.88 billion to $2.93 billion
on an adjusted basis.
