announced today that it has entered into an underwriting agreement
for the sale of $300 million in
principal amount of 5.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2017 at an
issue price of 99.998%. The company intends to use the net
proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co.
Incorporated acted as joint book-running managers of the offering.
