Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 2, 2020, GoDaddy Inc. (the “Company”) held an Investor Day, as announced in advance and presented in accordance with a Regulation FD-compliant webcast. During the question and answers portion of the presentation, Ray Winborne, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, made the following statements in response to questions about the coronavirus and the Company’s results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020: “There’s a minimal impact” and “we’ll land within $5 million of guidance of $795 million [in total revenue] for the first quarter.”

This estimate is not a comprehensive statement of the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2020 and is subject to final review, adjustments and modification before the Company files its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.
