On September 23, 2021, EPR Properties (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company received an investment grade rating on its unsecured debt from S&P Global Ratings. The Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
