Sunworks Partners with National Grocery Retailer to Drive Renewable Initiative
November 07 2018 - 8:02AM
EPC Agreement for 10-15 Stores Over Next
Two Years
Sunworks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SUNW), a provider of solar power solutions
for agriculture, commercial and industrial (ACI), public works and
residential markets, today announced a new partnership agreement
with a national grocery store chain. Under the terms of the
agreement, Sunworks will provide engineering, procurement and
construction for 10 – 15 stores, primarily on the west coast over
the next two years
Chuck Cargile, Sunworks Chief Executive Officer,
said, “This multimillion-dollar agreement formalizes and expands
our long-standing relationship with a key national account customer
and allows us to grow our relationship without undergoing the
competitive bidding process. In addition, it provides Sunworks and
our customer with greater visibility to timing, economic terms and
execution steps of projects. This agreement addresses only
one of the multiple regions where our customer
operates. We anticipate winning additional projects
outside of this agreement. This relationship is
evidence of the progress we are making in our efforts to solidify
strong relationships with national accounts and recurring project
revenue.”
The company noted that it will provide more
information about this agreement on its previously scheduled
earnings release conference call scheduled for November 7, 2018 at
11:30 p.m. ET.
