Norcross Braca Group Votes Proxies for Driver Slate
CAMDEN, NJ: Today, George E. Norcross, III, Gregory Braca and Phillip A. Norcross announced they have voted proxies for their shares of Republic First
Bancorp, Inc. (“Republic First” or the “Company”) (FRBK) common stock for the slate of Board member nominees proposed by Driver Management Company, LLC for election at the Company’s annual meeting. The Norcross Braca group
beneficially owns 5,927,715 shares of the Company’s common stock in the aggregate, which is equal to approximately 9.3% of the outstanding common stock of Republic First. The three members of the Driver slate are Peter B. Bartholow, Pamela D.
Bundy and Richard H. Sinkfield III (the “Driver Nominees”). The Company has not yet called or scheduled the annual meeting.
The Norcross Braca
group, which previously announced its intention to support the Driver slate, has received and reviewed the information contained in Driver’s proxy statement and determined to vote FOR the Driver Nominees. The Norcross Braca group has filed a
preliminary proxy with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
