Inteliquent Expands Omni Features, Further Simplifying Customers’ Access to Next-Generation Communications Services

Inteliquent, Inc. (NASDAQ:IQNT), a premier interconnection partner
for communications service providers of all types, today announced
the expansion of its Omni services with a new set of features and
functionality designed to provide additional support to
next-generation (next-gen) service providers. With the new
capabilities, such as Calling Name Identification (CNAM) and
Directory Listing/Directory Assistance, Inteliquent continues to
deliver on its commitment to innovate the Omni service suite to
meet the needs of the dynamic next-gen provider market. With this
continued evolution of product capabilities, the Omni service suite
product name has also evolved to Omni IQSM.

Omni IQ, launched earlier this year, is the industry’s first
comprehensive, one-stop shop voice and messaging solution for
unified communications providers, VOIP carriers, API platform
providers, cloud conferencing services and others. The Omni IQ
product line enables communications providers to use Inteliquent
services and its superior network to power their solutions easily
and efficiently.
The new Omni IQ features and functionality include:
- Calling Name Identification (CNAM) – An
automated solution for updating the underlying databases that
provide a caller’s name to the called party’s telephone
equipment
- Directory Listing/Directory Assistance – A
single-source for fast and accurate additions, changes or deletions
to print and online listings
- E9-1-1 – Rapid, simple and worry-free
reliability for nationwide 9-1-1 emergency service
- Automated Local Number Portability – Provides
customers with a fast, easy mechanism to perform “porting” of phone
numbers to the Inteliquent network, available via both Web portal
and fully automated APIs

The new features will supplement what is already offered within
the Omni IQ service suite. Omni IQ equips all service providers,

call flows, message-enabled DIDs, inbound and outbound SMS and MMS
messaging, and the market’s most user-friendly Web portal and APIs
for seamless integration and automation.
