ERP International 2 A/S Acquires 10% of Outstanding Shares of EuroTrust

EuroTrust A/S (Nasdaq: EURO) today announced that it had been
advised that ERP International 2 A/S, a company owned by Danish
investor Erik Damgaard, owns 559,000 American Depositary Shares of
EuroTrust which represents approximately 10.3% of the outstanding
shares of EuroTrust. Mr Damgaard is a well known Danish
entrepreneur who co-founded Damgaard Data which was merged with
Navision A/S a company that was subsequently acquired by Microsoft
for in excess of US $1.3 billion. EuroTrust (Nasdaq ADS: EURO) owns
a cable/satellite network in Denmark and is one of the largest
providers of mobile televisions production services in Scandinavia,
operating a fleet of eight state-of-the-art mobile units including
one of the few high definition production units in Northern Europe.
