Electronic Arts to Nominate General Mills Executive Bruce to Board

Electronic Arts Inc. said it will nominate General Mills Inc. finance chief Kofi Bruce to its board at its annual shareholders meeting.

Mr. Bruce joined General Mills in 2009 and served in various senior finance roles, including as the company's chief accounting officer, controller and treasurer. He assumed the chief financial officer role in February 2020. Before joining General Mills, Mr. Bruce served in various finance management roles at Ecolab Inc. and Ford Motor Co.

"In addition to his breadth of financial expertise across global consumer brands, Kofi is a values-driven leader who will bring new perspectives and insights to our board as we continue to drive further growth, innovation and new experiences for our players," EA Chief Executive Andrew Wilson said in prepared remarks.

He is expected to be appointed to the company's audit committee, EA said.
