Under the terms of the relationship, ComCam will license their technology to HealthSourceOne for use in tele-medical markets. Strela will license to ComCam sensor technology for use in non-medical markets. This agreement formalizes the relationship between the two companies that began at their first joint public presentation at The World Conference of the European Respiratory Society in Florence, Italy in August 2000.
