(1)	Includes 24,044 shares of unvested restricted stock awarded under the AtriCure, Inc. 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. One third of the shares vest annually upon the respective one, two and three year anniversaries of the date of grant. Restricted stock awarded prior to 2018 vests at a rate of 25% on the first anniversary date of the grant and ratably each month thereafter over the following three years.
