that Lawrence Lichter CPA has joined the company's Board of
Directors. Lawrence Lichter will bring to NME a wealth of
experience in managing financial services for successful public and
Fortune 500 companies. With an extensive track record managing
international businesses, he will work with the NME Board and
senior management team to develop further its operations on a
global scale. Mr. Lichter brings with him 25 years of financial
services and experience as a Certified Public Accountant in the
United States. In 1999 he became the Chief Financial Officer of
Pacific American Services Group, LLC which owns an institutional
securities firm and a financial services firm specializing in
corporate tax preparation and business management. In 1991 he
started his own accounting practice and for the last 16 years has
worked with clients and consulted with firms internationally
regarding their audit, accounting and SEC requirements. Lichter is
also a former member of California Technical Review Panel of CPA's
