QuadraMed(R) Corporation (Amex:QD) today announced that Wilkes Regional Medical Center, North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, has awarded the company a multi-year contract to implement the full line of QuadraMed's healthcare information system (HIS) solutions. The implementation of QuadraMed's solutions will enable Wilkes Regional, a 120-bed acute care facility, to deploy a comprehensive EHR (Electronic Health Record) for its patients. "With the deployment of QuadraMed's comprehensive EHR solution, Wilkes Regional Medical Center's executive management and board of directors are making quality patient care and patient safety the number one priority for their community," said Keith Hagen, QuadraMed President and CEO.
