IF at all! Teslas will keep going out of control because of the earths weakening magnetic field. All EVs, all vehicles that are computers on wheels, are a danger to society! If this wasnt true then maybe Tesla would achieve level 5. But it is true and thus it likely never will. Some level 4 testing is likely the best Tesla will manage and if it does, it'll end up killing the industry because of how much publicity it attracts.

Presenting at the annual Living Planet Symposium in Prague last week, ESA researchers showed that the magnetic field has weakened by about 3.5 percent over the top of North America since 1999, but has strengthened by roughly 2 percent over Asia in that same time period.

The weakest part of the magnetic field, the South Atlantic Anomaly, which is over South America, moved steadily westward over the past seven years, and also weakened by 2 percent (and, yes, overall the whole thing is still weakening). On top of all that, the North Pole is wandering eastward towards the Asian continent pretty quickly.

You can see those changes in the animation below. Red shows a strong magnetic field, and blue shows a weak one:

The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Elon replied on X that FSD and Optimus “will obliterate the shorts.” It’s a risky game betting against the best. I’d hate to be caught at the wrong time.
👍️0
boston745 boston745 17 hours ago
Problem is Musk wont solve FSD anytime soon so its going to be a long time for that to happen...if ever. Optimus uses the same AI and will be just as likely to glitch and kill people as its cars...actually more likely since there will be more robots. Hes just pumping Tsla to help SpaceX raise money for its offering.

Once Tesla fully solves autonomy and has Optimus in volume production, anyone still holding a short position will be obliterated. Even Gates.

Tesla is a fake it until it makes it scam!

“We think self-driving tech that’s fully separated from humans is very, very far away, and basically impossible,” Li Yunfei, a spokesperson for BYD, said in Mandarin, translated by CNBC.
“When we think about [self-driving tech] from all aspects, from human psychological safety needs, from ethics, from regulation, from technology — including application in this industry — we haven’t figured out [the logic] and we think it is probably a false proposition,” Li told reporters on the sidelines of the Shanghai auto show on Tuesday.
“There may be many industries and businesses that invest a lot of money on this [tech], and after investing for many years it will prove it leads nowhere,” he said.

Shit i missed this before. Looks like this upside down Cybertruck lost a wheel when it "veered". So this could be a result of the Hutchison Effect causing this Cybertrucks wheel to spontaneously break off.

https://www.carscoops.com/wp-content/uploads/webp/2024/07/Cybertruck-flip-1-1536x864.webp

Footage from the scene shows that the trucks sturdy shell protected the passengers from being crushed by the huge weight of the floor-mounted battery now above them. But it’s also possible to see that one of the Tesla’s front wheels has been ripped off in the accident and is lying in the road.
This same thing happened when a Cybertruck in Beverly Hills hit a sign and small concrete wall. Apparently it was Beiber's Cybertruck that a friend was driving. That incident was caused by a stuck accelerator if i recall correctly but that Cybertruck also lost a wheel. Shite vehicle to offroad in if its that easy to lose a wheel.
