Item 8.01Other Events.
Defense Technologies has engaged CFN Media Group, a publisher of social media ads, press releases and informational materials that will focus on Defense Technologies and our Passive Portal Walk-through Weapons Detection System and EBT Station products. The initial agreement with CFN Media is for a period of thirty days and can be renewed by the company on a month-to-month basis.
CFN Media published its initial article concerning Defense Technologies on August 11, 2022. The article contained information about DTII and the Passive Portal system, including a demonstration video of the system’s weapons detection capabilities. If the company elects to renew its agreement on a month-to-month basis, CFN will provide through social platforms, news outlets and emails, ongoing information on Defense Technologies and its Passive Portal products focusing on prospective customers, investors and the general public.
