Havent diluted since the last splir? Absolutly they did. The initial O/S after the split was appox 487K now 34.1 million -- plenty of dilution. ( see PG F-4 equity section ON 2ND LINK)

The new administration might be the one that opens a lot of doors for DTII to prosper and grow which in turn fills our pockets with green.

I can't blame anyone for getting frustrated with this painfully slow moving stock we all want fast riches and the OTC is that place where when the music stops you hopefully can grab a chair. This is the closest it has ever shown promise by having the government validate that it actually works and possibly could be interested in it & with a new administration set on cultivating AI & other forms of technology this might be the break DTII has been waiting for.

Read all the PR's over the years. They are all the same with a few word changes.

A major holder has been selling off their holdings for years and will continue until they are out completely.

Price always have moved up (not much) just before dilution. since the company always puts out a PR that sounds great but will never sell anything as usual.

Things seem to be getting deperate.

DTII can make any PR video's and statements they want but they cannot hide the facts. NO SALES, and with no contracts in sight.No one is interested. Their product is terrible. there are 10's of thousands of schools and sports arenas, churches and other religious sights, and since 2016 cannot sell any portals.Actually the portal was around in 2009.

Years ago they always used FEMA interest in their PR's, that didn't work either.

Again, look for addition dilution to be updated in the coming weeks. DTII is known to run the price up so the toxic financierscan sell the shares they aquire.
