Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 31, 2020, Imperial Oil Limited (the “company”) by means of a press release announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share on the outstanding common shares of the company for the first quarter of 2020. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
