On October 11, 2019, Ms. Valerie Andrews informed Summit Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board of Directors effective immediately. Her resignation was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.  The related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
