Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On May 20, 2019, Roger Chacko notified Planet Fitness, Inc. (the " Company ") of his decision to resign as the Company's Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Chacko will continue to serve in his position through May 31, 2019 and will assist with the transition.
