Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 8, 2018, Jerash Holdings (US), Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report financial results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

Also on November 8, 2018, the Company announced the commencement of an annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share of the Company’s common stock. The first quarterly payment of $0.05 per share will be payable on or about November 27, 2018 to stockholders of record as of November 19, 2018.
