Borregaard: Roadshow and mandate announcement

Borregaard ASA has mandated DNB Markets, Handelsbanken and SEB to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on Wednesday 6 June 2018. A 5 year senior unsecured bond issue with an expected total amount of NOK 400 million will follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
