Notification of Early Redemption of the GBP20,000,000 93/8% Debenture Stock 2026 (the "2026 Debenture Stock")

The Company announces that its 2026 Debenture Stock will be redeemed on 28 June 2022 under and in terms of the trust deed constituting the 2026 Debenture Stock (as amended and supplemented from time to time) (the "Trust Deed"). The redemption price for the 2026 Debenture Stock will be determined in accordance with the conditions set out in the first schedule to the Trust Deed and is expected to be communicated to holders of the 2026 Debenture Stock shortly before the redemption date.

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to cancel the listing of the 2026 Debenture Stock on the Official List maintained by the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange plc to cancel the admission to trading of the 2026 Debenture Stock on its main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 am on 28 June 2022 .
