Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules, the Company notifies that its total issued share capital as
at 28 June 2024 comprised 1,080,288,760 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence
each. The Company held 8,491,968 Ordinary Shares in
Treasury.
The total number of Ordinary Shares
with voting rights (excluding Ordinary Shares held in Treasury) is
1,071,796,792, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
