Holding in Company


The Board of IDOX announces it received notification today from Dresdner
Kleinwort Wasserstein Ltd ("Dresdner") that they had, on 8 March 2004, sold
4,930,833 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 9p per share
representing 3.21% of the current issued share capital. As a result of this
sale, Dresdner no longer have an interest in the Company.
