    Firestone Diamonds plc (the "Company")

    Exercise of Options


    Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option scheme, the Company has allotted 58,396 ordinary shares of
20p each in the Company and has made application to the London Stock Exchange to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected
that dealings in these new ordinary shares will commence on Tuesday 24 June 2008. These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing issued Ordinary Shares in the Company.
