Firestone Diamonds plc ("the Company") announces that pursuant to the agreement
announced on 5 September 2005 under which the Company agreed to acquire
4,879,220 ordinary shares in African Diamonds plc in return for new ordinary
shares in the Company, it has allotted 1,876,624 new ordinary shares in the
Company in this respect.



These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
shares in the Company.  Application has been made to The London Stock Exchange
for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected that dealings will
commence on 2 November 2005.
