--Deutsche Post's Juergen Gerdes, who previously led the company's post, e-commerce and parcel division, is set to leave the company, German business publication Manager Magazin reported Monday, citing company sources.

--The decision follows Deutsche Post's profit warning and the announcement of a series of measures to remedy declining profits at the division, which Mr. Gerdes oversaw for many years, Manager Magazin reports.

--At a supervisory board meeting to be held on Tuesday, Mr. Gerdes, who currently heads Deutsche Post's Corporate Incubations division, will be relieved of all duties, according to the report.
