Deutsche Post AG (DPW.XE) said Friday that its DHL Parcel division has signed a strategic partnership on crossborder parcel shipping with postal-services provider POST Luxembourg.

POST Luxembourg will become the official partner for Parcel Connect--a service offered by DHL Parcel with other service providers across Europe--in Luxembourg effective June, Deutsche Post said.

Initially the service will only cover delivery of parcels from Europe to Luxembourg, but will be expanded to offer export services from Luxembourg, Deutsche Post said.

No financial details of the deal were revealed.
