Explanation of Responses:

The Form 4 filed on November 10, 2021 inadvertently reported a direct sale of 23,885 shares by Mr. White. In fact, Mr. White sold all 13,906 shares owned by the G. Clark White Revocable Management Trust ("GCWRM Trust"), of which Mr. White serves as trustee, and all 9,979 shares owned by White Consolidated Interests, LP ("WCILP"), of which the GCWRM Trust is a general partner. The above shows the correct allocation of Mr. White's ownership of shares.
