Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 17, 2020, Ralph Lauren Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the temporary closure of all stores across its brands in North America in response to the escalating global coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The Company’s digital commerce sites currently remain open in all regions. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
