PG&E and Power Suppliers Don't Reach Agreement on Jurisdiction -Reuters

--PG&E Corp. (PCG) hasn't reached an agreement with NextEra
Energy Inc. (NEE) and other companies in a dispute about
jurisdiction over power purchase contracts, Reuters reported
Friday, citing court documents.
--The judge in PG&E's bankruptcy case plans to decide on the
matter "in the coming weeks," Reuters reported. Last month, he set
a May 3 deadline for PG&E to reach an agreement with its
suppliers.
