KB Home (NYSE: KBH) today announced that its second Seattle-area
new-home community, Cascade Vista, is open for sales. Situated in a
desirable Spanaway neighborhood and offering well-designed floor
plans starting in the mid $300,000s, this new community provides
very attractive new homeownership opportunities for area buyers.
The homebuilder also plans to open its third community, Ridgecrest
in Kent, in early 2020.
