JOHANNESBURG, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gold Fields Limited ("Gold Fields") (NYSE:GFI)(JSE:GFI)(DIFX: GFI) is pleased to report that two of its operations - Driefontein Gold Mine on the West Rand and Beatrix Gold Mine in the Free State - have both achieved one million fatality-free shifts.
