declared on the common shares of eleven of its closed-end municipal
bond funds (the "Funds"). The record date for the
distributions is February 22, 2012,
and the payable date is February 29,
2012. The ex-date is February 17,
2012. The distribution per share, closing market price on
January 30, 2012 (or last trade
