Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. (NYSE: CRL) announced today that it will present at four upcoming conferences, including:

Jefferies 2011 Global Healthcare Conference in New York, New York on Tuesday, June 7th, at 10:00 a.m. EDT;
Goldman Sachs 32nd Annual Global Healthcare Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, California on Tuesday, June 7th, at 2:10 p.m. PDT (5:10 p.m. EDT);
William Blair & Company 2011 Growth Stock Conference in Chicago, Illinois on Tuesday, June 14th, at 11:30 a.m. CDT (12:30 p.m. EDT); and
Wells Fargo Securities 2011 Healthcare Conference in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, June 23rd at 1:00 p.m. EDT.

Management will present an overview of Charles River’s strategic focus and business developments.
