CGI Group Inc. (TSX:GIB.A)(NYSE:GIB), a leading provider of end-to-end information technology and business process services, will host its Annual General Meeting of shareholders and release its fiscal 2012 first quarter results on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Omni Mont-Royal Hotel in Montreal (1050 Sherbrooke Street West) at 11 a.m. (EST). CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
