Abercrombie & Fitch Reports November Sales Results

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Abercrombie
& Fitch (NYSE:ANF) today reported net sales of $245.7 million
for the four-week period ended November 28, 2009, an 8% decrease
from net sales of $267.3 million for the four-week period ended
November 29, 2008. November comparable store sales decreased 17%.
Total Company direct-to-consumer net merchandise sales increased 3%
to $24.5 million. Year-to-date, the Company reported a net sales
decrease of 19% to $2.272 billion from $2.810 billion last year.
Comparable store sales decreased 26% for the year-to-date period.
Year-to-date, total Company direct-to-consumer net merchandise
sales decreased 7% to $186.2 million. Additional information
